As if Baseline (500 M Row, 40 Squats, 30 Sit-ups, 20 Push-ups, 10 Pull-ups) by itself was not hard enough! “Brutal Baseline” incorporates the Baseline workout twice as well as three 650 M Runs. But, for someone like our dedicated member, Jan, CrossFit WOD’s are just a part of her daily routine. Jan, does CrossFit Hawaii classes 6 days a week and with each day, each WOD she continues to better her best. Upon first arriving at CrossFit Hawaii, Jan, struggled to do a push-up and a single sit-up. Now, Jan can do both with ease (as seen in the photos above)! Today, Jan PR’d (personal record) her 650 M run with a time of 3:48! Back in March 17th of this year her fastest 650 run was 5:11. Jan truly is an inspiration to everyone with a fitness goal. Go Jan!
