21 Kettlebell Swings
12 Pull-ups

On the second run of Helen, I felt like a prey on the run. In the animal kingdom you have to run for your life or get eaten. Slowing down to catch your breath is not an option. The only choice is to max out and hope you outlast your predator. Often in CrossFit workouts you enter that survival mode of max pain, where safety lies at the finish line. Lucky for us, a choice on how hard to push doesn’t carry such dire consequences. Those that aspire the best results choose to push it hard day after day. I’m just happy to be a human and not an antelope.
