Today’s Workout:
“Drop 10”
For time:
50 Squats
40 Lunges
30 Sit-ups
20 Push-ups
10 Burpees
**Each round drop 10 reps in each element, until there is nothing left.
(2nd round would be: 40 Squats, 30 Lunges, 20 Sit-ups, 10 Push-ups and 0 Burpees.)
