20 minutes, max rounds!….hurt like hell!!!! almost had a visit from mr. puckie, jelly leg weekend, lats hurt, arms hurt, not to mention pull-up blisters. need at least a week to recover from this one….NAH, B back in a day or two…. NO PULL-UPS PLZ!
