Above:  Jan on the way up on her Rope Ascent!  Today’s WOD name, “Elyse, this really sucks!” came from a mid-workout comment!  I knew when I heard that comment, it was a good WOD!  CrossFit Rule of Thumb, the WOD is not hard enough if it doesn’t suck!  Get your CrossFit on!
