“Angie’s Deck of Death”
Go through the entire deck of cards, doing the prescribed elements based on the suit. Number of reps is the amount on the card (face cards are 10 reps and aces are 1 rep). Jokers are a 400 M run.

Hearts = Push-Ups
Diamonds = Sit-Ups
Clubs = Pull-Ups
Spades = Squats
Joker = 400 M Run
