Above:  Our morning class holds the bottom-of-a-squat for 30 seconds, during our warm-up!  CrossFit Warm-ups are known to be intense just like the workouts of the day (WODs).  During our warm-ups at CrossFit Hawaii, we make sure you everyone is getting warm through different movements which incorporate active stretches (like a lunge hip flexor stretch), joint mobility (like shoulder circles and rolling out the knees and ankles), as well as firing up the muscles by doing shorter rep sequences of the exercises used in the WOD. Like the saying goes, “Our Warm-up is your Workout!”  Get some!
