Above:  The morning class getting “Barbara” on!  This picture depicts a very interesting scene of the many different emotions and actions that take place during a CrossFit WOD, especially true, with “Barbara”, where there are 3-minute breaks in between rounds and everyone is at a different stage of the workout.  Here we have Pat doing his 30 sit-ups of round 4, E.K. on his squats of round 3, Terri doing her push-ups of round 4, and C.B. on his rest break between round 3 and 4!  Great job this morning gang!  Get your CrossFit on!
