“The will to win is important, but the will to prepare is vital.”
-Joe Paterno

We are going to have two workouts a week in which we spend considerably more time coaching specific movements. We start today with the deadlift and push-jerk. We will be going over necessary “progressions” to improve everyone’s form. Proper technique and form will be paramount and we will be relentless to ensure safe and efficient movement. So you ask “what’s different about that, we do that every workout”. My answer is, “we, do not”.
Two things:
1) more time fixing members individually
2) “relentless” – we will keep fixing you until you get it perfect or at least near perfect

Today’s Workout:

“7 Rounds”
Toes to Wall
Deadlifts
Push-Jerks
45 seconds – max reps at each element
7 rounds for score
