Above:  Leah, new member of CrossFit Hawaii, was inspired to try CrossFit because of her daughter’s visible gains in fitness.  Marylea, Leah’s daughter and CrossFit Hawaii member, came to determined to lose the weight she gained from having 2 children back to back.  She lost over 10lbs. in less than 4 months and continues to maintain her fitness through CrossFit!  Great job Marylea and way to inspire others to get CrossFit!  Keep up the great work everyone!  Go get your CrossFit on!

“Asta la Vista”
5 rounds for time, of:
20 Weighted Squats (40/25lbs DBs)
15 Weighted Lunges (40/25lbs DBs)
20 Weighted Squats (40/25lbs DBs)
15 Weighted Lunges (40/25lbs DBs)
30 Push-Ups
1 Circle Run

**Dumbbells are held above shoulders during the Squats and Lunges (NOT to the side like a Farmer’s Walk).
