Above:  Today’s WOD, “Daniel” was a CrossFit hero-WOD!  Dedicated to Army Sgt 1st Class Daniel Crabtree who was killed in Al Kut, Iraq on Thursday June 8th 2006.  Great job at class this morning!  Everyone did an awesome job with “Daniel”, including that 800 M Run!  See you on Monday!
