The annual affiliate owner gathering was held in Austin, Texas this year. Wherever CrossFitters gather, you can be sure they are ready to hit a WOD. So in the afternoon on Saturday, CrossFit Central put together this workout that more than a hundred people participated in. So what happened in a big open park in Texas, we brought back to our members in Hawaii. No heavy weights, just PVC pipe and a medicine ball…oh yeah, and burpees. This workout is only ten minutes long so most would say, “it shouldn’t be too bad”. Tell us what you think.
