Elyse is being swept away by her friends to celebrate her birthday in Vegas. Every crossfitter should do 100 burpees on their birthday plus their age. So Elyse would be doing 124. Fortunately for her, we put most of those in her Birthday workout. At Hardass Fitness we like to celebrate every members birthday with a special workout of the day just for them. Coaches are no exception. So since our members did her birthday WOD, upon her return it will be mandatory for her to complete it. Here’s wishing Elyse a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
