“Discovery consists of seeing what everybody has seen and thinking what nobody else has thought.”

-Jonathan Swift

Above:  Great breakdown of the mental approach to CrossFit and CrossFit WODs.  Read each and every thought (and hold yourself accountable–its the only way you’ll better your best) on this diagram, it really does hold true in the CrossFit world!  Diagram courtesy of CrossFit Vancouver.  When you are in your WOD, be methodical and religious about doing every rep correctly (with good form and to completion of the movement)–don’t cheat yourself.  Work your hardest every time you do a WOD, you won’t always have PRs (personal records), because everyday is different, but always give your best effort!  Keep up the great work everyone!  See you in class!  Get some!
