I know you think it has been cold lately. Pictured above is Chad Williams. He is an owner and coach at CrossFit Edmonton in Canada. He said current temperature outside his gym is somewhere below zero degrees Fahrenheit (holy balls, now that is cold) What is it that we are complaining about again?
