Kona Lee – 9 weeks – I thought I’d post a nice picture of serene contentment before we talk about today’s workout. Have you been introduced to Barbara? She is nasty. After the first round you feel like a champ and think to yourself “that felt pretty good, I think I’m going to smoke through this workout.” Ah, but then in the fourth and fifth round you are battling nausea and feeling like you might not finish. If you should survive the workout, the after blast of Barbara packs a wallop! Many have felt okay during the workout only to be flat on there backs 5 minutes later or kneeling outside waiting for their last meal to resurface. What’s the deal? 5 rounds (each for time) of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
**Rest precisely 3 minutes between rounds.
