Dude thats wicked! I want one! IDK if you guys follow CrossFit One World’s blog but they had to put a kb to rest a couple weeks back because the bottom had broken. I had no idea they could break. I’ll try to be more gentle with the Hardass kettle bell’s. I wouldn’t know how to live with myself if I killed a kettlebell. Anyway can I reserve a 53lb one? Is that the normal competition weight for men?
