Terri and Sharnell hitting the pull-ups. We have seen many of our members progress in their pull-up strength. Ring rows -to- jumping pull-ups -to- black band (elastic assistance) -to- green band (less elastic assistance) -to-blue band (hardly any assistance) to full pull-ups.

Cindy is friggin epic. She took me on a horrible date last night that only ended with blistered and callused hands. Which is usual for most of my dates recently…anyway my real cause for comment was to let you guys know of my evolution. Yes I'm starting a CrossFit evolution. Sometimes when I can't sleep or my work schedule keeps me from a real gym(Hardass Fitness) I head to 24…What shirt do I wear? A CrossFit one. Do you know how much people come up to me while I'm working out? Each and every one I tell to check out your website. Even the "trainers" there ask about CrossFit. Muahaha.
