Here are a few pointers to practice if you are interested in transitioning from single-under jump rope to double-under jump rope.
– keep your hands low to allow the wrist to do all the work
– your jump is a little higher but remains a constant, consistent bounce
– time your rope to your bounce, not your bounce to your rope
