We love helping our members celebrate their birthday with a kick in the ass that has their name on it. Suzy has greatly improved since entering the room. She can now run 400m NON-STOP and her jump rope is getting better and better. All the coaches recognize her attention to perfect form especially on the power and Olympic lifts. Great job Suzy.
