I am really happy with the progress David has made in his deadlift form. The bottom picture is an unloaded 30lb bar. This was his first time with the Deadlift and fixing the lower back was a top priority. Just a few weeks later and we have a much improved position, not to mention the extra 20 pounds he has on the bar. Even though his “gaze” is in the right spot (top photo), I still would like him to lower his forehead to lessen the angle at the neck. David wins the award of the week for most improved deadlift. Great Job!!
