Highest score in the room today was 9 rounds with a total of 96 pull-ups. That is a whole lot of running. Pat said we “tricked” him into running 2 1/4 miles. Had we told our members they would have to run 1.5 to 2+ miles there may have been a “rumble of grumble”. Nicole as written doesn’t look too bad. There lies the deception of all CrossFit workouts.
