Tomorrow is Big Saturday and we are also celebrating Coach Pat’s Birthday! He requested a BIG WOD. Soooo big that we are not even advocating that anyone do the WOD.(although we know many will) We will have two scaled versions that allow anyone to do a smaller version. Even the smaller version is going to be about 30 minutes in the hopper. Big Saturday RX may take between 50-80 minutes.
