Yesterday’s workout on the CrossFit mainsite was “Diane”. This is a short but nasty workout that involves a 225lb deadlift and a hand-stand push-up for a rep count of 21-15-9. We have a video of Josh doing it in record breaking time. For all the CrossFit critics: we are aware that some of his lockouts are happening as the legs are dropping. Awesome performance just the same. Many people that were at the 2009 CrossFit Games cannot complete Diane in less than 6 minutes or 5 minutes, much less 4 minutes.
