Happy Labor Day! Today we are on a holiday schedule with only the 9am and noon class. Perfect opportunity to do CrossFit Total. Although it may look like a short workout, it took about 90 minutes to conclude each class. Building up to a 1 rep max attempt in three major lifts takes some time. A 1 rep max lift is reserved for members that are trained and confident in these three lifts. Members who were relatively new to these movements were encouraged to keep their rep count a little higher(3-10 reps)to gain more experience and confidence in heavy lifts. Congratulations to those you set a new PR(personal record)!
