I’m sure John B. was super happy that we got a photo of him rockin’ the white wristbands. His fitness fashion is going to catch on like a wild fire.

We did a slightly different version of this workout on June 30th and called it “One Bar”. It was 5 Hang Power Cleans, then 7 Thrusters into 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls. Which workout did you do better at and why? Leave thoughts in comments.
