Josh made a recent stop in Alabama to train with Coach Elyse. She sent this e-mail along with this photo.
“Josh stopped by today on his way to Atlanta. Josh picked “SO CAL WOD#1″ for our workout of the day. 6 rounds of 30 air squats, 10 chest to bar pull-ups and 5 power-clean to overhead (155/105#s). Got my training buddy, also the strength and conditioning coach, Ellen, to jump in with us! I actually PR-ed since the last time I did this workout from 15:20 to 14:52! That was a good sign for me! Josh finished in 19:59!”
As you can see, Elyse is still hitting her CrossFit wods as hard as ever. Anyone else going to Alabama?

I love that you beat Josh, aand posted it! Is the pr due to paleo, or was the last time you did it during a grueling day of qualifying events? We are gonna try paleo again, well, we who fell off and some new peopes. Maybe we should have a paleo challenge for the new year Kimo? We miss you Elyse, I wish I was traveling thru alabama, but hope to go and cheer you on at the qualifier.
