Wednesday has been our dedicated strength day. Today we are doing three overhead lifts. Each person gets three attempts to find their 1 rep maximum weight. Those who were new to the movements were encouraged to do 5+ reps per set. Once the strength day was complete we added an optional mini-wod called “The Ripper”. It is intended to be a straight sprint to the finish. Top time for “The Ripper” was 1:37.
