Training and fitness are awesome, but it is more about what you can do because you train. Here are two of our members enjoying time away from the gym on top of Koko Head. They decided not to do a handstand, but gave each other a high five instead.

We like to give our members an opportunity to re-visit a recent workout. The goal of course is to beat your old self. We did Track Star” on December 17th. Time to PR!(personal record)
