Thanks to John for working on our parallettes. We have been able to use them in numerous workouts that involve handstands and L-Sits. Today’s workout is unique and challenging. Instead of a room filled with frantic movement once the clock starts, it was just the opposite. Quite different to see 12 people frozen in place with a look of stress on their face. Some elements were considerably harder than others. Pull-Ups and L-Sits topped the hard-to-hold list.
