Elyse Umeda was our surprise CrossFit “guest speaker”. She is back in town and will be training in the room through the weekend.
Kelii grabbed the top Rx spot at the 12noon class for the Wall Ball wod with 100 straight shots. I guess he wasn’t happy with that, so he came back at the 5:30pm class and did 110. Don’t you just love those over-achievers.
