Squeezing 15 moving bodies through Fight Gone Bad at the 6:30pm class. Our 1,000 square foot box is getting pushed to capacity. There were 17 people at the 11am class. Even though space is tight we find a way to make it work and I love the energy in the room. Positive and Explosive. FGB is all about mental and physical toughness. The temptation to rest “a little longer” is always there. Great job everyone!
