“A single gesture can speak a thousand words”

Nicole was rushing to get to her CrossFit workout and got her finger stuck in a closing car door. OUCH! But she still wanted to train. Now that is dedication. Sorry if you are offended by the birdie but you got to admit it is a pretty classic photo op. I’m sure many of you may have similar thoughts racing through your mind in the middle of a WOD.
