A bunch jumped in on Elyse’s workout to help her transition into doing wods with other crossfitters. She has been training on her own in Alabama in the Samford University weight room. She has inspired her basketball girls and other athletes at the school but they all think she is crazy. Crossfit crazy that is. She admitted that it so much more fun to train with other crossfit crazies.

5 Pull-Ups
7 Push-Ups
10 Squats
AMRAP(as many rounds as possible) in 3 minutes
3 minute rest
4 cycles
