41 Double-Unders Jump Rope(x5 singles)
41 Tire Jumps
41 Clean Ball(Medicine Ball Clean into a Wall Ball)
*Choose 1 elements and break it into 3 sets of 10 reps and 1 set of 11 reps. Then use that element as a divider between the remaining 4 elements.
