This video is taken in the 3rd Team Workout on Sunday morning. Grant, Cheyne, Sabrina & Josh did a great job and finished second in their heat and 18th overall.

Today’s workout includes five elements that progress from deadlifts to thruster using both a barbell and dumbbells. It totals 10 minutes of work and 2.5 minutes of programmed rest, which is not enough to recover. The opening deadlift segment is a gift that is quickly taken away.
