Some things are just cool to watch.
Today’s workout is considered a “flusher” workout to help prepare everyone for tomorrow’s BIG SATURDAY workout titled “Big Kelly with Baggage”. A few people wanted to go heavy today so the suggestion was to use dumbbells in the rack position for the squats and lunges. Men’s weight-45lb dumbbells, women’s weight 25lb dumbbells. This made this fast flurry of a workout devastatingly hard.

Today’s Workout:

“Drop 10”
50 Squats
40 Lunges
30 Sit-Ups
20 Push-Ups
10 Burpees
Drop 10 reps from every movement each round until the last two rounds are 20 squats, 10 lunges and finally 10 squats.
