Pat sent me an e-mail of his love/hate list. “Love them all, hate them all. The only lift I like is a 12 ounce curl since it gets lighter with every lift.” Also Pat is known for being a double-fisted drinker (check his Facebook photos). I thought about doing a dumbbell curl, but that would be so not CrossFit. The dumbbell hang power clean was the closest I could get. For Pat and only Pat, we made it a drinking wod. During the rest period, he had to try and finish two 24 ounce Heinekens. As the picture shows, he did poorly.

Happy Birthday Pat! This was A LOT more fun than your last b-day WOD. Wasn't it "Pat Oh my Goodness" or something like that? I named it something else, as I recall. A Big Saturday WOD. It's been a great 2 years, hasn't it? Thanx for being my pacing buddy. I know if you're RXing, I better RX too!
