“A good teacher, like a good entertainer first must hold his audience’s attention, then he can teach his lesson.” –John Henrik Clarke
Eric was visiting from Canada and dropped in on a couple of our workouts. His trainer teaches great CrossFit because his movements were solid.

7 Ring Dips
7 rounds

L-Sit Hold
Bottom of a Ring Dip Hold
Skill Practice: Double-Unders
I've been waiting to do this one since I saw Coach Josh smash it out five minutes before a class. One would think seven of anything is fairly simple and I'll be the first one to shut that idea down. Those ring dips are definite gassers for me because I noticed I was using more of my core to stabilize and keep from swinging all over creation. I felt the mojo and came back for a second Jack Pot helping at the 630 class which proved awesome since I was able to cut my original time by a minute thirty. I was unbelievably sore the next two days but if you ask me the end justifies the means.
