Today’s workout is a partner workout. One partner is trying to get in as many swings as they can while their partner is doing 10 clean & jerks. As soon as the 10 c&J reps are completed the partners switch. Every minute you are rudely interrupted by 3 burpees. This workout is scored only in reps for the kettlebell swings.

Every minute on the minute stop whatever you are doing and do 3 Burpees then resume
