At the CrossFit Sectionals one attempt at a 225lb clean and jerk was a skill test that not a lot of participants were able to complete. Coach John B. earns his redemption. For those of you that are wondering, the gym is at his workplace.
Just as we did “Fran” earlier in the week, we decided to stretch out the classic CrossFit benchmark workout “Fight Gone Bad”. This should give you your theoretical highest scoring “FGB”. Those who participated will agree, its longer and just as brutal.
