Today’s workout introduces a skill that many are not familiar with. The Thursday coaching crew(John, Josh & Cheyne) came up with this workout because they are far superior than I in the Turkish Get-Up movement(I totally suck at it) and 1-arm movements are Cheyne’s current specialty. TGUs take practice, getting up is easy if the weight is light, but when the weight gets heavy perfect form is required.
