Strength is always relative. I cannot image a 474lb deadlift much less doing it with one hand.
We grouped up in teams of 2-4 and rotated the movements. This meant there were at least a few people on each element at a time. It was recommended to alternate the strength(deadlifts & pull-ups)and the breather(double-unders & tire jump) elements…but it just a recommendation.

20 seconds of work
10 seconds of rest
8 rounds – all 8 rounds are done on one element before moving on to the next
2 minute rest between each element
