The Saturday morning CrossFit Games workout started with a stretched our Helen workout that consisted of:
1200m Run
63 Kettlebell Swings(53/35)
36 Pull-Ups
800m Run
42 Kettlebell Swings
24 Pull-Ups
400m Run
21 Kettlebell Swing
12 Pull-Ups
then…
within competitors had 90 seconds to complete a max push-jerk.
This workout really drove Elyse to the front of the pack with a fast completion time and a push-jerk of 155lbs. Maybe this wod will show up at our next BIG SATURDAY!

“Dumbbell Crush”
20 Weighted Squats-dumbbells in rack position(m-45lbs/f-25lbs)
10 Dumbbell Push-Jerks(m-45lbs/f-25lbs)
5 Overhead Dumbbell Standing Lunges(m-45lbs/f-25lbs)
200m Run
9am Class – Max rounds in 20 minutes
10am Class – Max rounds in 30 minutes
