We have been announcing our 30 day Paleo Challenge all week and here is the official poster done by our very own Lori Iwata. There will be a sign up sheet in the gym starting tomorrow. Coach Josh needs to know how many packets to print out so plan on signing up early. We will keep you informed by e-mail on all the events that are involved. It will be exciting to see all of those involved changing radically over the next 30 days.
