It was all fun and games, CrossFit Games that is.
We were also proud to cheer on MK, who now trains out of CrossFit Fairfax close to her home in DC. MK took 5th place in the Women’s Masters competition. Awesome!!!

200m Run
Cleans(m-135lbs/f-95lbs) As many reps as possible while runner is doing 200m run
Burpees – as many reps as possible while runner is doing 200m run
Runner tags lifter
Lifter goes to Burpees
Burpees goes on a 200m run
Max reps in 20 minutes
