After being inspired last week by Kina’u’s trek up Kokohead with kids in tote, I decided to take my 3 year old daughter Kili Mai. She made it up 300 steps on her own before requesting a ride. She wants to go all the way to the bridge on her own next time. Sounds like a “Little Miss CrossFitter” might be a WodKilla in the future.
