Snatch Balance Drill
10 Snatch Balance for the 1st minute(pvc pipe)
add 2 reps every minute on the minute for 6 minutes
then…
Snatch Balance 1-1
2 attempts to find 1 rep max weight
then…
Press 1-1-1-1
4 attempts to find 1 rep max weight
then…
3 minutes max double-unders
