“Tight muscles can only lead to less than perfect movement” – Coach K

We had our first yoga class in our space today with 10 of our members participating. Everyone enjoyed the opening experience. It proved to me how tight I really am and the need to stretch those muscles. It can only make us better CrossFitters. We will have a repeat next week Tuesday, July 12th at 10am. Be there or be tight=)
