Our youngest athletes in the room do similar workouts as the class schedule, just scaled down to be appropriate. PVC pipe, body weight, running, jumping and of course a good dose of fun!!

Workout of the Day:

“Burpee Leftovers”
Within the 1st minute do:
10 Dumbbell Push-Jerks(m-45lbs/f-30lbs)
then in the remaining time do as many Burpees as possible
Within the 2nd minute do:
15 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pulls(m-70lbs/f-44lbs)
then in the remaining time do as many Burpees as possible
Within the 3rd minute do:
20 Box Jumps(20″)
then in the remaining time do as many Burpees as possible
4 rounds(12 minutes) – workout is scored in Burpees only
Athletes can switch the rep/element scheme
(ex: 10 Kettlebell SDLHP-15 Box Jumps 20-DB Push-Jerks)
